Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Full Time, Days, Rotating Henry Ford Hospital – Detroit Main Campus $40,000 sign‑on bonus! CRNAs – Experienced and New Graduates! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render people insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administer anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital. Work‑Life Full Time Hours/Requirements: One weekend shift every 4‑6 weeks and two 9 am‑9:30 pm shifts. No call, no overnight, minimal weekend shifts, latest shift ends at 9:30 pm. Number of ORs: 25 additions to multiple offsites, expanding to 28 ORs when the new tower opens in 2027. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans. Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers. Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia‑related complications. Provide post‑anesthesia care and pain management. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA). Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers.
