Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for patient care in either a PACU or Pre-Op setting
• Supervise clinical staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and manage appropriate clinical resources related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in PACU or Pre-Op nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care responsibilities on a shift basis
• Competency in clinical staff supervision and delegation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supporting nursing leadership in quality and safety initiatives
• Familiarity with resource management in a clinical setting
