Vent Patient Specialist (RRT or RN) Methuen, MA

This role offers a MondayFriday schedule (8:30 AM5:00 PM) with one week of on-call every 46 weeks, plus a competitive hourly pay rate of $45.00$50.00/hour (mileage reimbursement). What You'll Do
- Provide expert respiratory management for ventilation patients (including pediatric and/or ALS populations)
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Set up, monitor, and manage advanced respiratory equipment in the home or care setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required records
- Conduct patient/caregiver education and specialized training on ventilation equipment and care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Provide on-call consultations and troubleshooting support as needed
What You Need
Required- Active RRT or RN licensure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with equipment download software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Deductive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM
- On-call availability one week every 46 weeks
- Home respiratory care experience
- Advanced technical equipment knowledge
- Experience with Care Orchestrator and/or Astral software
- Commitment to continuous learning
