Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and wellness care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive primary care through patient assessments, treatments, and procedures Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles and ongoing communication Engaging in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities Performing in-office procedures and utilizing clinical training to ensure quality care Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states as needed Qualifications And Skills Required Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience State licensure in Washington, DC Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and comfort with technology A passion for human-centered primary care and team collaboration Openness to feedback, adaptability, and confidence in uncertain situations This role offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package supporting health, wellness, and professional development, including paid sabbaticals, memberships, insurance, CME stipends, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
