Key Skills and Experience Required Banking and payments experience (Such as SWIFT, CHIPS, ACH, etc.) 5+ years as a Scrum Master Proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently Job Description In collaboration with Product Management, Operations & Technology, manage projects through their complete lifecycle Assist with requirements documentation, User Story creation, develop detailed project plans, and identify tasks, roles and responsibilities Track milestones and dependencies, ensure on-time completion of tasks from all groups Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues Ensure PMO processes are followed, all relevant artifacts are produced and filed properly Manage and report on project financials Keep senior management apprised of project status and communicate issues in a timely manner Collaborate with the Enterprise Program Management Office to provide project status Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems Banking and payments experience, especially knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) highly desired Why Revolution Technologies?
