Job title: Technical Architect (SAP ABAP with S/4HANA) Work Location: Irving, TX 75039 onsite Minimum years of experience: 10 15+ Years Job Description: SAP ABAP Technical Architect with 10 15 years of experience in SAP application development and architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and modern SAP development frameworks. The role involves leading technical solution design, driving development activities, supporting S/4HANA transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Required Experience:

10 15+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects. Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or conversion project. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

SAP ABAP Development Strong expertise in: Reports and ALV Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows (RICEFW objects)

Extensive experience with: Object-Oriented ABAP ABAP Design Patterns ABAP Dictionary Objects

Strong knowledge of: SmartForms SAP Scripts Adobe Forms Data Elements Domains Tables Views Structures Search Helps Lock Objects Enhancement Framework

Expertise in: BADIs User Exits Customer Exits BTEs VOFM Routines Enhancement Points and Sections Experience with implicit and explicit enhancements.

SAP Integration Strong experience with: IDOCs ALE EDI RFCs BAPIs SAP Proxies Web Services Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

SAP S/4HANA Expertise Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA. Hands-on experience with: ST05 SQL Trace SAT Runtime Analysis ST22 Dump Analysis SCI Code Inspector ATC Checks Experience analyzing background jobs and troubleshooting production issues. Ability to ensure compliance with development standards, coding guidelines, and quality processes.

• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and architecture recommendations.
• Design, develop, review, and optimize SAP ABAP solutions.
• Lead technical development activities for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Develop HANA-optimized solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, and OData services.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Drive custom code remediation and modernization initiatives for S/4HANA programs.
• Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks using SAP performance analysis tools.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance on SAP best practices.
• Support SAP Fiori, BTP, and extensibility initiatives as part of digital transformation programs.
• Prepare technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and support artifacts.
