Sales Specialist
Are you passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact in the world of Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Timekeeping services? Commonwealth Payroll & HR (CommPayHR) is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team!
We are a rapidly expanding company in the payroll, HR, and employer services industry. Nestled in the scenic heart of Marblehead, Massachusetts, our company culture blends the charm of a historic coastal town with the dynamic pulse of serving the employment needs of the modern business climate.
Your Day?
- Attracting new clients to CommPayHR's services.
- Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
- Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.
- Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
