You will turn real customer needs into scalable capabilities, delivered in frequent, high-impact releases.Job SummaryAs a Cobrand Card Platform Product Manager in Cobrand Cards, you lead discovery and delivery to modernize how we build cobrand card products and capabilities. You work with design, data, and engineering partners to create reusable, resilient platform features that improve quality and availability. You prioritize the roadmap, define clear outcomes, and guide delivery teams to ship minimum viable releases that make a measurable difference for customers, partners, and our business.Job responsibilities Engage customers and internal users to understand pain points, validate needs, and incorporate feedback into the roadmapCo-develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals and market needsLead product discovery activities, including problem framing, journey mapping, and hypothesis-driven testingTranslate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an agile delivery modelPrioritize work across modernization and new capabilities using value, risk, and feasibility trade-offsPartner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, reusable platform capabilities and improved user experiencesCollaborate with external partners to define use cases and requirements, and serve as the primary internal expert for those needsDrive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch, coordinating dependencies across cross-functional teamsDefine, track, and use key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvementEnsure product delivery aligns with regulatory expectations and strong security and data protection practicesSupport go-to-market planning, including positioning and release planning, with marketing and business partnersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Nine or more years of product management experience in banking, financial services, financial technology, payments, or payment processingBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering fieldStrong customer focus with experience gathering feedback and turning it into product decisions and roadmapsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and influence without formal authorityExperience delivering platform and application capabilities using iterative, minimum viable releasesWorking knowledge of application programming interfaces, payment processing, and card issuance conceptsExperience with digital web and mobile product delivery and application programming interface based productsFamiliarity with cloud-based product development and data analytics conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to prioritize and measure outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPast experience on Card System of Record (SOR) platforms, driving account data conversion or migration of portfolios, by creating or deploying solutions to improve migration speed and efficiencyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMaster of business administration or advanced master’s degreeExperience modernizing legacy platforms, including improving reliability, availability, and reuseExperience applying design thinking methods and communicating target experiences through wireframes or mockupsPrior experience defining or reviewing application programming interface contracts and documentationFamiliarity with business process automation and workflow optimizationExperience building measurement frameworks and dashboards for product health and adoptionBackground working with external brand or partner teams in a cobrand or partnership modelOptional additional InformationThis role partners closely with teams across product, design, data, engineering, and external partnersWork may include participation in release planning and delivery ceremonies to support timely launchesChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
