Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrate victories throughout the rehabilitation process. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience acceptable.
