Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• 12 to 14 patients per day
• Walk‑in access built into daily schedule
• No RVU pressure
• Manage full scope of chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and lipid disorders
• Full ownership of patient care including orders, follow‑up, and medication management
• Supervision of 2 NPs and 1 PA
• High autonomy environment with remote physician collaboration available
• 2 years of experience needed
