Responsible for post in production safety, TPM, 5s and complete assigned jobs. Works on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays as approved by management. III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Responsible to the manager, obeying his maintenance engineer’s arrangement and deployment;2Responsible for assigned job tasks, reporting any problems to the maintenance engineer or supervisors;3Responsible for handling post abnormalities Under maintenance, promptly reporting the results;4Responsible for cleaning, management and safety of post, tooling, tools and equipment;5Understanding Post Environmental Factors, Hazards and Control Methods;6Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents;7Storing post wastes by categories;8Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures;9Other duties as assigned.10Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.IⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguage spoken commonly in the workplace is English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience preferred but will train.EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand the duration for long periods of time.  Turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 55 pounds repeatedly.Other Requirements a. Near Acuity-Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use the factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. 
b. Far Acuity - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use the factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required day & night/dark conditions.
c. Must Pass a Tier ll Physical.
d. Must Pass a Background Check.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional Knowledge, Skills1. Familiar with technology, quality, equipment operating instructions and environmental operating instructions;2.Familiar equipment maintenance;3. Familiar with Maintenance safety and regulation;4. Familiar  in using repair tools, such as angle grinders, Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, and welding machines.;5. Familiar with tin side detector/steel ruler and application of post other measuring instruments;6. Familiar with loading and washing machine operation and maintenance;7. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes and ear plugs.
