Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Group is seeking to add a Full Time Nurse Practitioner provider with our Primary Care Team in Sparta, TN.

Location: Sparta, TN

Facility Name: Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners

Schedule: Full-Time

Productivity incentives: Base plus RVU and Quality

CME allowance to include both Dollars and Days

Malpractice coverage with tail

M-F Full Time schedule

Prefer 3+ years of experience in PCP or Urgent Care Setting

Taking overflow patients from the current clinic as well as establishing your own patient panel

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
