Senior Project Manager - Cleveland Construction

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects throughout the Cleveland market. This individual will oversee multiple projects and project teams, ensuring performance goals related to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction are achieved. Description Lead multiple industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting. Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff while fostering professional development. Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and field coordination. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Monitor project performance and proactively resolve scheduling, financial, and operational challenges. Lead owner meetings and provide regular project status updates. Manage project risk, change orders, claims, and contract administration. Ensure adherence to company safety standards, quality control processes, and operational best practices. Support business development efforts by cultivating existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Participate in preconstruction planning, budgeting, estimating reviews, and value engineering initiatives. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of project management experience within industrial and commercial construction. Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M-$100M+. Strong knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, processing, and commercial facility construction. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, scheduling, and risk management. Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms. Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive repeat business. Strong financial acumen with experience managing project profitability and forecasting. Ability to travel locally to project sites as needed.
