divh2Job Title/h2pEmployer pays 100% of employee medical insurance./pp$5000.00 Sign on bonus/ph3Work Activities: Key Tasks And Responsibilities/h3ulliClass A CDL is required with flatbed experience./lili3 years experience, minimum/liliLocal Deliveries/liliDodge 5500 and 45 flat bed/liliPass drug/alcohol and background checks./liliResponsible to have knowledge of Mankato area and surrounding Southern Minnesota./liliSupport the transportation of materials to vendors for additional processing/liliSupport the preparation of finished goods prior to shipment, including label application, quality verification, and installing access cover./liliEnsure necessary paperwork is included with every load transported to and from CAB Construction./liliSome heavy lifting up to 75 lbs./liliForklift experience preferred./liliResponsible to load and secure own loads. Assist in the unloading of customer loads./liliWinter tarp requirement is requested by Customer./liliSupport Material Handling for production, from raw material through each function process and then shipment. Coordinate your efforts with Production Leads and Foreman./liliSupport off-loading of raw materials as they arrive at CAB Construction and place in storage locations./liliSupport the movement of job raw material kits, welded jobs to the wash bay and movement of finished goods prior to shipment. Take away the need for others to get on a forklift./liliWork with Production Leads and Foreman, to maximize your productivity with both driving and material movement throughout production through advance planning of your activities./liliSupport the organization of the outside yard to maximize efficiency of material movement./liliOperate all vehicles with the required safety PPE, including forklifts./liliComply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures./liliPromote teamwork through helping others/liliWhen available, support garbage and scrap metal disposal./liliAble to follow written and verbal instructions./liliAble to work without supervision./liliMake recommendations to improve the flow of product./liliParticipate in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing events./liliOvertime as required on a daily or weekly basis./liliAvailable for weekend work as needed./liliMetal fabrication and/or welding experience are a plus./liliThis is a safety sensitive position due to handling heavy material and operating forklifts.
