Registered Nurse OpportunitySaint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is currently seeking a highly motivated registered nurse to join our team at Saint Luke's Hospital Liver Biliary & Pancreatic Center.This clinic supports Hepatology, HPB surgery, and GI specialties. As an RN on this team, you will be responsible for working to provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices.The Shift:DaysMonday - FridayNo Weekends, No Holidays, No On-callThe Work:Collects information from patient callers to assess their conditionSchedules emergent need patient appointmentsIdentifies learning needs for patients and families, provide advice and recommendations over the phoneConsults physicians about patient care needsDelegates tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of PracticeSubject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testingEnters admission orders as directed by providerWe are looking for patient centered nurses who are committed to providing a high quality of care.
