Business Litigation Associate – AmLaw 100 Firm
Location: New York, NY
Full-Time

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Midlevel Business Litigation Associate to join its New York office.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in complex business litigation and strong experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

The associate will work with a collaborative litigation team representing businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution matters.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of complex business litigation experience
• At least 1 year of litigation experience at a law firm required
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing complex litigation matters
• Active New York Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range is $260,000–$365,000 , depending on qualifications and experience. Discretionary bonuses may also be available.
