Interpreter Recruitment & Documentation Coordinator

The Interpreter Recruitment & Documentation Coordinator manages the recruitment, onboarding, and document processing for interpreters, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit interpreters through outreach, networking, online platforms, and professional events.
• Process, review, and maintain interpreter onboarding documents and compliance certifications.
• Ensure all interpreter documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with interpreters regarding document submissions, updates, compliance requirements, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate interpreter profiles and records in internal systems.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate closely with scheduling, billing, and compliance teams.
• Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and document compliance status.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 12 years' experience in administrative roles, recruitment, or document management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with interpreter recruitment or language services industry.
• Familiarity with document management and compliance verification processes.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site position at Bellevue, WA corporate office.
• Remote work is not permitted.
• Work hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility required based on client needs.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required to handle urgent scheduling matters.
• Candidates must pass a 10-panel drug/alcohol screening and a national criminal background check.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate: $23 to $25/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
