This role focuses on Salisbury Elementary School, serving grades 3–6 students with a supportive team and manageable caseload. Engage in a collaborative environment that values innovation and quality care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid MA SLP and MA DESE licenses
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Prior school-based experience or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, IEP development, and effective communication

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for grades 3–6
• Administer assessments and interpret results for IEP planning
• Draft and implement IEPs in the district’s digital system (training available)
• Collaborate with educators and families on student goals
• Participate in paid team meetings and indirect service/admin time
