Maintenance Associate

Location: 1440 Windway St, Odessa TX Base pay range: $20–$23/hr depending on experience level Reimbursable expenses: None. No mileage, housing, per diem, or relocation coverage. Shifts & Work Hours Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM 11 days on / 3 days off, every other Sat/Sun/Mon

What You Will Do:

The Shop Technician will work under general supervision and perform moderately complex and intricate operations and processes.

Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively

Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual

Work in an unsupervised environment

Use a computer to communicate, create and access information

Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or co-workers

Position is for the day shift of 7 am - 7 pm 11 days on 3 days off, every other Sat, Sun, and Mon

Minimum Qualification:

High school education or equivalent

Able to complete required documentation

Able to repair equipment

Understanding testing equipment and criteria

Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Preferred / Strongly Valued:

Basic electrical background due to safety critical nature of the work

Forklift experience

Mechanical aptitude (automotive, diesel, shop or mechanical background could translate well)

Strong safety mindset; role is safety sensitive with strict standards
