Join an integrated, outpatient pediatric primary care clinic providing full-spectrum medical, behavioral health, and supportive services to children and families in the Troy, Alabama community. This mission-driven, patient-centered practice delivers care to patients from birth through age 19, regardless of ability to pay, and operates within a collaborative, team-based care model. The clinic is a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home and Healthy Steps Site, emphasizing whole-child care, prevention, and long-term health outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence in a supportive outpatient setting.

• Compensation: $220,000+ salary (DOE) with quarterly productivity bonuses averaging $5,000–$10,000; sign-on bonus available
