You'll play a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable equipment that keeps our customers moving. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment Complete FAI/CVI inspections Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues Repair equipment according to manufacturer specifications Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) items promptly Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Collaborate with team members to maximize fleet uptime Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Minimum 1 year of diesel technician experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred 3+ years of diesel technician experience Experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and equipment Knowledge of DOT regulations Industry certifications are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and work in shop environments Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to safely perform maintenance and repair activities Full use of visual, auditory, and tactile senses Relocating?
