You will prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people. You have the opportunity to develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Associate-Consultant in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution – Deal Management - Financial Services - Wealth and Asset Management, and Real Estate practice, you will be a vital member of the team supporting and executing operational focused projects. You'll assist with the execution of projects supporting our client service team in developing strategies for transactions. Part of your role will also involve developing experience across a range of different types of engagements including pre and post deal phases.Skills and attributes for successProject Management - be part of project teams comprising colleagues from across the Strategy and Transactions sub-service lines.Business and Commercially Driven - working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to drive value to our clients.Business Development - assist in aspects of pursuits and proposal development. Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.Learning - learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals, through a blend of structured learning, coaching and experiences.Building Relationships - cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support key decision makers.To qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.MBA is preferred.Experience in a consulting environment working with financial services clients, including asset management and/or real estateExcellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $205,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
