We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic services to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with PT/OT, nursing, and providers for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on speech-language pathology processes and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Conduct hearing screenings and evaluations.
• Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology techniques and technologies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants and students.
• Follows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications

• Licensure: State SLP License
• Certifications: BLS (AHA preferred or client specific)
• Immunizations: Based on client need
• Experience required: Based on client need
• Schedule: Based on client need
