Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity for a General Gastroenterology Physician at our facility in Mount Sinai South Nassau!

We are looking to enhance our division and invite applications from recent graduates in Gastroenterology, as well as experienced mid to senior-level professionals. All General Gastroenterologists are encouraged to apply!

Located in Oceanside, NY, Mount Sinai South Nassau serves as the flagship hospital for Long Island within our health system. Just a short 30-minute commute from New York City, this award-winning, not-for-profit teaching hospital is one of the largest in the region, boasting 455 beds, over 900 physicians, and a dedicated team of 3,500 employees.

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution

• Possession of a New York Medical License or eligibility to obtain one

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology

• Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels to foster a culture of patient safety and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

The compensation for this position ranges from $325,000 to $425,000, excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits.

Our organization provides a salary range in accordance with New York City regulations regarding salary transparency in job postings. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialty, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the stated range and, in some cases, may fall outside of it. The listed salary range pertains to full-time positions and does not encompass bonuses or benefits.
