Internal Medicine Physician

A health services network in Kentucky is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician in Louisville to provide comprehensive outpatient care to an older adult patient population in a collaborative clinical setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Outpatient clinical setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on the 55+ population
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor common acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with the site medical director and other clinical team members
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-based outpatient environment
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Active medical license in Kentucky
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Recent clinical practice experience within the last year
