Sales Support Representative

Looking for a Sales Support Representative with experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, aerospace, or similar environments. This role focuses on quotes, purchase orders, order entry, RMAs, customer support, and ERP system management. This role is based in Glendale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and enter orders into the ERP system.
• Prepare quotes and provide pricing information to customers.
• Manage RMAs, returns, and order-related issues.
• Support customers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
• Track orders and coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Account Support experience.
• Experience processing purchase orders (POs) and order entry.
• Experience handling RMAs, returns, or customer order issues.
• Experience using ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing or product-based environment.

Ideal candidate: Someone coming from a manufacturing or industrial company who has worked with purchase orders, order entry, RMAs, ERP systems, quoting, customer accounts, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred

• Manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, industrial products, or distribution experience.
• Experience working with engineering, production, warehouse, or logistics teams.
• Familiarity with pricing, quotations, and customer account management.
• Bachelors degree with internship experience in related field

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paso Robles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
