ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on steady growth and strong customer relationships. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent with a background in finance, bringing both industry knowledge and a business mindset into the agency.

I have one daughter with another on the way, and family is a big part of what drives how I lead and support my team.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Yim - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
