We use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work with the agent to establish and meet sales and retention goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

I am looking for someone reliable, dependable, and honest. Must be able to obtain an insurance producers license. English and/or Spanish speaking, preferred. 

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required. 
• Comfortable working with monthly sales goals and annual quotas. 
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• People-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized. 
• Ability to conduct interviews in the office or on the phone or over email
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective customer policy reviews.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer and present products based on need.
