We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).
Job Requirements:
- RN/LPN Active License
- Must have valid CPR BLS card
- Must have a copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest Xray or TBQ Gold Quantifer on blood test results
- Must have Level 2 background clearance
- Must be able to provide proof of car insurance
- Must speak English clearly
- Must have good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
