In partnership with compensation colleagues, HR generalists, and business leaders, you will help develop, implement, and support global compensation programs for client groups across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable pay plans, market studies, and job analyses.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You have 4+ years of compensation experienceYou can provide broad client coverage support to other compensation associates or may manage a business client group relationshipYou have experience with cyclical compensation work (market study, survey analysis, annual bonus programs, etc.).
