Position Overview

As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-centered environment while delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality dentistry, committed to continuous learning, and eager to become an integral part of our team and community. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, crown and bridge, and emergency dental care.

Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.

Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Collaborate with hygienists and the clinical team to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and professional standards.

Continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain one).

Strong clinical skills in all aspects of general dentistry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
