Support Field Engineer 30-32/hr Remote with travelPosition OverviewThe Support Field Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the proper functionality and maintenance of their audio and visual systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing network configurations, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site support for audio and visual systemsTroubleshoot technical issues and implement solutionsPerform network configuration and setup as neededAssist clients with product training and usage inquiriesDocument service requests and resolutions accuratelyCollaborate with the technical team to improve service deliveryMaintain and update equipment inventory and service logsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in technical support or field engineeringStrong troubleshooting skills with audio and visual systemsCTS Certification is preferredExperience with network configuration and managementExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be able to do 90% travel and live near AirportBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
