Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner. Resolve customer concerns. Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages. Count cash on hand at shift change and closing, determine shortages or overages, and prepare bank deposit statements. Supervise, train and motivate team members. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Possess good written, verbal, mathematical and interpersonal skills. Have reliable transportation.
