Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake various significant responsibilities, including:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and providing individualized therapy for clients across the age spectrum, focusing on both individual and couples therapy.

• Managing your caseload with efficiency, utilizing our billing service to handle client billing, insurance claims, and eligibility checks.
\n
• Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner as part of our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
\n
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar to ensure all clients receive the care they need when they need it.

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a comprehensive care approach, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide range of clients, each with unique clinical presentations. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and various other mental health challenges. Our practice values a holistic approach, ensuring clients are supported in their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure to practice independently.

• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing time effectively, ensuring that client needs are prioritized.

• Availability for a full-time schedule, with at least 20-25 hours dedicated to client sessions, including a minimum of two evenings per week.

While the above qualifications are essential, we particularly value applications from candidates who have significant training or experience in couples therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n
