Director of Operations

Role Purpose Own plant results by leading production, maintenance, and facility operations, driving safe, efficient, and reliable execution through discipline, scalability, and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Drive on-time production and capacity execution Lead safe, compliant operations in partnership with EHS Implement Lean daily management and problem-solving discipline Own cost, productivity, and budget performance Ensure process reliability, maintenance, and uptime Build and develop a high-performing operations team Lead with data: KPIs, accountability, and execution rigor Partner cross-functionally (Quality, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, Finance) Support labor relations and workforce alignment What we’re looking for Proven ability to run a plant and deliver results (safety, delivery, cost) Strong execution mindset: turns plans into outcomes Experience driving operational stability and performance improvement Comfortable leading in fast-paced, variable-demand environments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments Experience leading multi-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance) Core Competencies Hands-on leadership with strong floor presence Structured problem solving and process discipline Clear communication and stakeholder alignment Safety-first mindset embedded in daily operations If you’re a leader who owns results and builds strong teams, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr East Trailers LLC
