Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an option for either 36 or 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and treatments accurately in the Epic system.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license in Kansas or a Compact RN license.
• 1+ years of experience in an ER setting preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
