Summary Our Sales Associates are critical to the success of our stores. As a Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences and recommend products that drive brand loyalty. You greet customers promptly and courteously, address their questions accurately, communicate return and store policies, and provide exceptional service from start to finish. Description / Responsibilities Create personalized shopping experiences and recommend products. Greet customers promptly and courteously. Address customer questions accurately and respond before they leave. Communicate return policy and other store policies. Operate the cash register and handle money accurately. Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked. Merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards. Maintain clean, well‑organized back‑stock and employee break areas, including daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. Practice safety‑consciousness and respond to theft according to policies. Signal absences or lateness to the Store Manager in advance. Contribute to a team and cooperate to achieve business goals. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and respond to problem situations with professionalism. Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility. Core Competencies Highest level of customer service possible as outlined in Service Training Program. Prioritize brand and product knowledge in customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders. Contribute to a team and cooperate to achieve goals. Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Respond to problem situations with professionalism. Think critically to solve problems. Key Qualifications Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred. High School Diploma. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated team player and self‑starter. Additional Requirements Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
