Group Product Manager - Corporate Systems

Corporate Systems Engineering builds and operates the software platforms, integrations, and automations that power Smartsheet’s core business functions across Finance, Sales/GTM, and People & Culture. Our team owns mission-critical systems and workflows that enable how the company hires, sells, bills, pays, reports, and scales. We operate at the intersection of software engineering, enterprise platforms, and business-critical data, treating internal systems with the same rigor, reliability, and product mindset as customer-facing software.

Corporate Systems Product Managemen t focuses on the internal platforms that power how Smartsheet operates - including Finance, People, Sales and Entitlements, Billing and Monetization, Enterprise Systems Data, and AI & Automation. Product Managers in this team steward product strategy, roadmaps, business workflows, and long-term platform evolution across these domains, partnering closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex enterprise needs into scalable technology outcomes. As Group Product Manager – Corporate Systems , you will lead the Product Management function across Corporate Systems, managing and developing a team of Product Managers responsible for some of Smartsheet’s most critical internal technology domains. You will establish a cohesive product strategy across the portfolio, ensuring domain roadmaps connect to company priorities while identifying dependencies and opportunities that span traditional organizational and system boundaries. You will operate at both the strategic and execution levels: coaching Product Managers to develop strong product practices, partnering with Engineering leadership on portfolio strategy and investment decisions, and directly engaging in the most complex cross-functional initiatives. You will help evolve Corporate Systems from a collection of enterprise applications and projects into a product-led portfolio of platforms, capabilities, data, integrations, and employee experiences designed for long-term scale. You will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Systems and collaborate closely with Engineering leadership and senior stakeholders across Finance, People & Culture, Sales/GTM, Product Engineering, Data, Security, and other business functions.
