Make an immediate impact in K-12 education by providing vital school psychology services to students, families, and staff in a dynamic, supportive setting. This contract-based opportunity is located near Eden Prairie, MN, offering flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, and hybrid in-person schedules are open for discussion. Typical hours run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and while specific school locations are not yet finalized, your expertise will primarily be utilized within K-12 (not early childhood).

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent credential
• Current Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Genuine commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and an inclusive service model
• Proficiency in evidence-based school psychology, especially in assessment, intervention, and supporting student mental health

Preferred Background:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Proven experience with consultation, problem-solving, and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
• Demonstrated leadership and adult facilitation capabilities
• Knowledge of crisis prevention and intervention, as well as postvention strategies
• In-depth understanding of special education laws and compliance
• Success working in urban or multicultural educational environments

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering comprehensive psychological and mental health services to K-12 students
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being
• Conducting assessments and participating in special education processes
• Consulting within a problem-solving framework and providing MTSS supports
• Leading initiatives and facilitating professional development as appropriate
