Title: Customer Service Coordinator II

Location: Onsite – 1 Riverfront Plaza, Corning, NY 14831

Duration: 12 Months Contract (W2 Contract)

Position Summary

Client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator II to support domestic and international customer operations within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on customer service, order management, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, invoice support, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and ensure accurate order processing using SAP and PeopleSoft
• Support shipment coordination, logistics activities, and tracking for domestic and international customers
• Coordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Shipping, Finance, QA, and Sales
• Monitor open orders, shipment reports, and delivery schedules
• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product information
• Maintain customer profiles, buying agreements, invoices, credits/rebates, and related documentation
• Support reporting, RFQs, and process improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of customer service or corporate environment experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with SAP or PeopleSoft preferred

Preferred Background

• Order management, logistics, shipment coordination, or customer operations experience
• Experience supporting domestic and international customers
• Manufacturing or Optical Fiber industry experience is a plus

• Onsite role in Corning, NY
