Building Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Full Time Building Technician to support safe, well-maintained facilities that enable high‑quality care for clients and staff. In this on‑site role, you will perform routine maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and respond to work orders across our healthcare and social service sites. You will conduct inspections, complete preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs while following safety and regulatory standards. As part of a faith‑inspired, trauma‑informed, and inclusive organization, you’ll collaborate with caring teams, receive ongoing training, and help ensure welcoming, functional spaces for vulnerable individuals and families.
