SWEET Opportunity! Entry-Level Candy Packers - No Experience Needed

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Entry-Level Candy Packers for a local candy factory ! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers a supportive team environment, paid training, and room for advancement.

Location: Winona, MN

Hours & Pay:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Possible overtime on Saturdays
Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Duties:

Put packaged candy into boxes
Palletizing finished product
Loading product for delivery as needed
Perform daily and weekly cleaning
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
Accurately count packages per box
Package efficiently and perform basic quality checks (QC)

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual
Ability to count accurately with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 56 lbs
Able to stand for long periods; reach, bend, and move as needed
Comfortable wearing required PPE (hair net, smock, ear plugs in machining areas)
Entry-level industrial experience preferred, but not required
