Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems and components.* Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.* Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures and company standards.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.* Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and tools.* Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the capability to work independently when needed.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company employment requirements.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $28.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
