You will organize, file, distribute, and maintain records while ensuring filing systems remain accurate and orderly. Throughout the day, you will communicate professionally with Claims Department team members and other internal departments as needed to support departmental processes. You will prepare appeal correspondence for mailing by stuffing envelopes, applying labels, and mailing appeal packets.
