Job Description The Market Manager is responsible for the operation and results of multiple locations within a designated market. This role includes overseeing operations, internal and external development, building business relationships, enhancing customer experience, and driving profitability. The manager provides leadership, mentorship, and effective team guidance for all direct reports. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for all locations. Manage the activities of all locations within the designated market through active coordination with the individual locations’ General Managers and monitor capture rates to ensure stores are fully leveraging opportunities. Hold all staff accountable for shop performance by ensuring employees understand the mission to WOW every customer, follow SOPs, and by recognizing and documenting exceptional and substandard performance. Act as the conduit for load leveling by holding daily calls. Recruit, interview, and train new hires; coach staff to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns as required; pursue opportunities for continuous employee education and development; participate in external marketing and team‑building activities as requested. Promote safe, clean working conditions; review audits and safety records of locations, ensure PPE usage, and document managers who fail to enforce safety policies. Collaborate with corporate staff to achieve external growth of the assigned market; manage internal reporting and communications to meet or exceed business plan objectives. Review location performance against goals with managers, provide coaching, and ensure all locations perform to potential; contact all claims managers and dealer accounts on a minimum monthly basis. Conduct operations reviews and audits on a monthly basis, and meet as requested. Serve as liaison with area insurance contacts and other referral points; ensure timely responsiveness to clients. Education and Experience Required Minimum of five years in collision repair industry. Minimum of three years of management experience. ICAR Platinum certification preferred. Estimating license if applicable in the state. Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read and understand financial statements. Extensive estimating experience.
