This role involves working in an acute care setting with a dynamic healthcare team across PRMC and Parkview Randallia locations. The position requires expertise in labor and delivery, including care for laboring patients and assisting in cesarean deliveries.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Labor and Delivery

• Provide care for laboring patients and manage nursing duties during vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Care for couplets and assist with couplet care
• Utilize EPIC Stork documentation and Centricity fetal monitoring systems
• Administer medications using Pyxis medication system
• Float between PRMC and Parkview Randallia as needed

Requirements of the RN – Labor and Delivery

• IN or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including circulating C-sections
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (through AHA)
• STABLE certification required
