Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative dental practice, providing preventive care and patient education. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, with responsibilities including performing dental cleanings, screenings, and documenting medical histories using digital systems. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including recare and new patient appointments. Utilize dental technology such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, and Velscope. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Participate in continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Current dental hygienist license in the applicable state, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification is required. Preferred experience with digital tools and an eagerness to grow clinical skills. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Availability for periodic training sessions and compliance with safety testing requirements.
