A healthcare facility in Wellington is seeking an experienced Locums CRNA to join their anesthesia team. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for a consistent weekday schedule with no call and no weekends, working in a well-equipped surgical environment with a diverse case mix.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start

• Shift Options: 5x8s or 4x10s

• Call Requirements: None

• Weekend Requirements: None

• Hospital Beds: 235

• Operating Rooms:
  • 9 Main ORs

  • 2 Endoscopy Suites

  • 1–2 Interventional Radiology Rooms

  • 4 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)

• EMR: Cerner

• Average Monthly Case Volume: ~1,200

• OB Deliveries: ~200/month

Case Mix

• General Surgery (hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy)

• Orthopedics (knees, hips)

• Robotics (including robotic TAH)

• OB/GYN

• GU

• Endoscopy

• Interventional Radiology

• Neuro

• Bariatrics

• Vascular

No cardiac, trauma, or pediatric cases.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures

• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols

• Document care accurately in the EMR system

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA

• Active Florida license

• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
