Job Description Unloads and breaks down freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.) Sorts and organizes freight Operate various types of material handling equipment Sort, repack, and label freight Identify unusable pallets Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided) Remove items from sorting bins, scan and place onto conveyor belt Remove items from packing bins, scan items using RF Scanner for accuracy, produce packing list and bag items Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.) Maintain work area in a clean and hazard‑free condition Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour Pay Scale: Based on productivity Job Requirements 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train) Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (e.g., electric pallet jack) Meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards Excellent customer service required Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers) Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day Effective communication skills Safety shoes are required Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check Other duties as assigned Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families Retirement Plans: A 401(k) with employer matching Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility: Internal Employee Referral Program up to $500 Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision‑making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
