Drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by discovering trends and delivering actional insights. Serve as a key technical advisor supporting both field teams and corporate leadership.Key Responsibilities:Translate complex datasets into clear insights and present findings to stakeholders in an actionable formatDevelop and maintain reports and dashboardsConduct pre and post launch analysis for pilots and new processesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports; perform audits and validationsLead stakeholder meetings to define metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirementsMonitor Key Performance Indicators and provide insights to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain store and department savings estimate model
